HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders normally arrive within 4- 5 weeks of shipping. Please note that all the products are made to order, which may occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

ZIOR has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table.
The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Once you place your order with us, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Can I return the product after delivery?

We offer but don't recommend cancellations. As all of our products are made to order, as per your liking.

But, just in case needed returns within 7 days of the delivery are eligible for defective products.

For damages, please check product carefully at the time of delivery and report to our delivery team. If you notice any damage, please return the product at the time of delivery itself. Check our return policy for more details.

Is delivery and installation provided by Zior is chargeable?

We do provide free delivery in all cities we operate in but if there are any extra charges due to any given change from your side is chargeable.

Our delivery team will also assemble the product at the time of delivery.

When will I get my refund in case I cancel or return the product?

We trust you and your decisions, and we try our best to give you the a premium experience itself.

If needed will get your refund within 10- 15 days after cancellation or return.

All refunds are processed within 3- 5 working days of return or cancellation.

Though it might take one more week to get the amount credited to your account/CC.
