2. Are Zior products used or refurbished?

No. Zior offers clearance furniture, appliances, and mattresses in mint new condition only. These are fresh, unused items from surplus inventory, packaging changes or end-of-series models, sold at clearance prices.

3. What are the delivery charges?

We offer Free Delivery on all orders, no extra charges, no hidden fees. Just place your order, and we’ll bring it to your doorstep without any additional cost.

4. What is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 days from the day of order confirmation. We ensure fast processing and smooth doorstep delivery so you can enjoy your purchase without waiting long.

Yes. Every eligible product comes with 1-year free AMC from Zior. This includes basic service support for furniture, appliances and mattresses, so you do not have to chase multiple service centres.

10. What if the product does not fit my space on delivery?

We strongly recommend checking dimensions and, if needed, using the video QC call before dispatch. If there is an issue at the time of delivery, our team will try to assist on a case-by-case basis as per the Zior policy for your city.

11. Do you offer EMI payment options?

Yes. Products on Zior can be purchased on EMI through leading banks and payment partners. On the product page and at checkout, you will see the EMI options available for your cart value.

12. How are refunds processed after cancellation?

If you cancel before delivery, your refund is initiated within a standard processing window to your original payment method. EMI refunds are handled in coordination with your bank or payment partner.
