When will I receive my delivery?
You can check delivery days required for any product on product details page. For most of the products we provide delivery and installation within 7 days.

Can I cancel my order?
In case you change your mind after order placement, you can cancel your order within 5 days of order confirmation or before shipping, whichever is earlier.

When will I get my refund in case I cancel or return the product?
You will get your refund within 10 days after cancellation or return. All refunds are processed within 3 working days of return or cancellation. Though it might take one more week to get the money credited to your account/CC.

How many years of warranty you provide on furniture?
Warranty is based on the item purchased. Please refer to our warranty policy for full details.

Can I return the product after delivery?
We offer cancellations until the product is Shipped. Returns within 7 days of the delivery are eligible for defective products. For damages, please check product carefully at the time of delivery and report to our delivery team. If you notice any damage, please return the product at the time of delivery itself. Check our return policy for more details.

Should I register before shopping at Zior?
It is optional to register before placing an order. When you fill in your email ID or Phone number on shipping details page, we automatically create your account on Zior.

Is delivery and installation provided by Zior is chargeable?
No, we provide free delivery in all cities we operate in. Our delivery team will also assemble the product at the time of delivery.

Can I opt for EMI option for payment?
Yes, you can opt for EMI option at the time of checkout. We provide no cost EMI on most of the leading credit cards.
