Cancellation and Returns


If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order within 5 days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

    How to Initiate a Cancellation Request?

    • Please get in touch with our Customer Service team to initiate order cancellation.

    When will get refund?

    • You will get your refund within 10 days after cancellation or return.



    Your Zior wooden furniture comes with a three year ( 36 months) warranty against manufacturing defects.

    To avail the warranty:

    • At the time of delivery, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within (3) three days of the receipt of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
    • We reserve the right to request for images or videos of such damages.
    •  If the physical damage is not reported within (3) days of receipt of delivery, claims of damage will not be considered valid.

    Product warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

    • Manufacturing Defect.

    The warranty does NOT cover the following:

    • Any physical damage reported after (3) three days of receipt of delivery.
    •  Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
    • Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
    • Fabrics, leatherettes and leathers, if used, will not be covered by the above Warranty.
    • There can be a minimal variation in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.
    • Our products are designed for the sole purpose of residential usage, hence any usage beyond this will lead to a void of warranty.
    • Termite & Fungus will not be covered under the warranty.



    You can return an Item within seven days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after seven days from the date of delivery.

    What's Eligible for Return?

    • Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from to fix the damage.
    • Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture of solid wood products are not defects.
    • Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
    • There can be a minimal variation in color and finish of the products sold from time to time
    • There can be a minimal variation in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.
    • Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
