Cancellation Policy
  • Pre-Shipping Cancellation:

If you place an order and wish to cancel it on the same day or the next day before the product is shipped, we will accept the cancellation. However, a payment gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% of the transaction amount will be deducted.

  • Post-Shipping Cancellation:

If you place an order and wish to cancel it on the same day or the next day after the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders During Discount Period:

Orders placed during a discount period are not cancellable under any circumstances.
